The Stillman opened its doors in 2025 on Conval Street, Dufftown — right in the heart of Speyside, the malt whisky capital of the world.
Loyal customers, welcoming staff, a great whisky selection and honest homemade food. We’ve had a brilliant first year — some fantastic nights and more than a few proper belly laughs. Come in and enjoy the company.
Dufftown sits at the heart of Speyside, home to more distilleries than anywhere else on earth — Glenfiddich, Balvenie, Mortlach. We pour from across the region and beyond, from everyday drams to the odd rare bottling worth lingering over.
